In our final unit you are required to use all the knowledge you have acquired throughout the course to construct a detailed weekly plan. You are also kindly requested to provide feedback on your experience with the course.
Complete the assignment
Create a detailed weekly meal plan including a list of justifications for the choices you made. The plan will be focused around a healthy adult that needs to maintain their weight and needs approximately 2.800 calories to do so. As with the previous meal plan, you are required to include portion sizes, calories, vitamins, macro and micronutrients.
Your assignment must include your name and surname, your academic ID and the name of your instructor.
