This course aims to familiarize students with fashion,specifically 20th century fashion,and give a general idea on what was that caused the drastic changes it underwent in the past century. Furthermore we will discuss the impact fashion has on the environment .

Course Objectives/Goals
OBJECTIVES
Upon completing this course the students will be able to:
- Recognise characteristics of different decades in fashion
- Discuss the reasons for some of the changes that were observed in fashion in the previous century
- Discuss the effect fashion has on our lives and the planet today
- Make better decisions as informed consumers
ASSESSMENT
The students will be assessd through forum participation,Quizzes and writing assignments.
