Final assignment - Weekly meal plan Create a detailed weekly meal plan including a list of justifications for the choices you made. The plan will be focused around a healthy adult that needs to maintain their weight and needs approximately 2.800 calories to do so. As with the previous meal plan, you are required to include portion sizes, calories, vitamins, macro and micronutrients.
