Village Films (VILLAGE ROADSHOW FILM DISTRIBUTORS HELLAS S.A.) is a 100% Greek film distribution company for screening in cinemas and TV (Video on Demand, Pay Per View, Pay TV, Free TV, Hotel & Ship rights), as well as buying / renting DVD, BLU-RAY, BLU-RAY 3D. With a presence on the Greek market since 1996, it is one of the largest distribution companies in Greece.

The company distributed exclusively in Greece Warner Bros. releases as well as Warner Bros. co-productions with Village Roadshow Pictures - the largest independent production company in Hollywood. It has also developed long-term partnerships with some of the leading production companies in the United States and Europe, such as Studio Canal, QED, Spyglass, IM Global, etc. VILLAGE FILMS is also extremely active in domestic film production - the first film it co-produced was the successful "The Cry Out of Heaven". The film "Politiki Kouzina", produced by VILLAGE FILMS, was a huge success with 1.3 million tickets sold across the country. Some other big hits were "Alter Ego", "The Kiss of Life", "Bang Bang", "Island" and its sequel and of course the big hit of the 2012-2013 season "If..." with Christoforos Papakaliatis.

Village Films also manages the usage rights (DVD, digital and satellite TV, free / public TV networks, VOD, SVOD, PPV – hotels, ships, airlines) of all the independent production companies it cooperates with. In 2012, we created the first television network, "Village Cinema", on the PAY TV platform of OTE TV.
